We believe a language-rich environment for young deaf and head-of-hearing children is critical to their development. Our primary goals are to foster language and communication, develop thinking and problem solving skills, and nurture socialization. We believe that non-structured, spontaneous play provides natural opportunities to build on children's existing language. Structured time together helps reinforce and refine skills. We create activities where children are supported to master developmentally appropriate skills, learn new vocabulary, express themselves, build confidence in who they are, and have fun!
