Soccer season will be in the Spring this year.

Let’s get started with our Soccer Season at AASD! We will start practices on _______ but we need a few things! Please look below for the requirements.

 Information:

• Practices starts on ______________ from 3:40pm-5:45pm
  • Parents must pick up their child by 6:00pm
• Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• First game is ________________ at __________________.
• Must have physicals done before the FIRST game.
• MUST have current physical form on file before the first day of practice.
  • Physical forms are good for one year from date of exam.
• Must pay the fee before the first game.
  • If need a payment plan, please let me know.
• Will send out Student-Athlete/Parent Handbook soon.
• Please use Gamechanger app for effective and quick communication.

• AASD Athletics Registration Form
• Waiver/Liability Form
• Fee: $100.00
• Soccer cleats and indoor sneakers
• Athletic clothing (T-shirt and shorts)                                

Goals and Expectations for this season: My goals for this season are for the students to learn the game of soccer, develop their skills, learn about teamwork and sportsmanship and have fun. It is expected that the students will work hard at practices and games, as well as, show respect and sportsmanship to their opponents, teammates and coaches.
