Kaitlyn Aucoin

Hello, I'm Kaitlyn Aucoin, your Nutrition and Wellness teacher. I am thrilled to welcome your child into my classroom and am eager to witness their learning flourish in health knowledge and culinary skills. Allow me to share a bit about myself – I graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's in Special Education (MAT) at Valdosta State University.

I joined AASD in the 2019-2020 school year as a paraprofessional and have been teaching the Nutrition and Wellness class since 2020. I find joy in cooking and am always excited to learn new recipes. Cooking has become one of my best stress relievers.
