Engineering and Technology

 

Welcome to CTAE's Engineering and Technology and Middle School STEM Electives! My name is Aaron Aucoin, and this is my first year teaching this CTAE course. A little about myself: I was born and raised in Louisiana and graduated in 2012 from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science. I recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Teaching from Valdosta State University. This year marks my third year of teaching overall.

 

I am thrilled to teach AASD students about the engineering world and provide hands-on experience with engineering projects, 3D printing, and VEX robotics. My goal is to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment where students can explore their interests, develop problem-solving skills, and gain practical experience that will prepare them for future careers in engineering and technology.

 

I am committed to supporting each student's growth and nurturing a passion for STEM. I look forward to an exciting year of learning and discovery with our students!
